In this role, you will apply accounting and payroll competencies in considerably difficult situations and use critical-thinking skills to solve complex problems. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to offer solutions that align with best-in-practice payroll procedures. In addition, the role requires using your expertise in payroll taxes and compliance-related topics to improve processes and efficiencies. The ideal candidate also possesses proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job, including payroll accounting, payroll journal entries, and payroll taxes and law/compliance.A day on the job looks like this: Preparing and reconciling IRS 941 forms Processing weekly and semimonthly payrolls (including domestic and international) Processing external audit and reporting requests Supporting the needs of Payroll, HR and Accounting teams Supporting the needs of our internal customers QualificationsGot the skills and experience?
